Hi Drew,

I wanted to thank you for the afternoon river cruise yesterday, 5 November. Everyone on board had a great time, and if we find the right excuse for another cruise we’ll be in contact with you first of all.

Jazz IV was perfect, with everything we needed. Narissa was great, just quietly sorting out many things in the background and leaving us to enjoy the day, he was very professional. You ran the cruise perfectly and I appreciate you jumping on the BBQ to sort out our crazy levels of food.

I hope we didn’t make too much of a mess, and I’d like to apologise for the party poppers. Also I apologise for when I had the stereo volume too high, I had no intention of it playing so loud and potentially causing any damage to your speakers!
